  • I first called a different company trying to get information about renting a storage container. I left a voicemail message and never heard back. Then I called Haulaway and was told to phone Philly Baird's cell phone; I did, and I reached him directly. He clearly explained all the options and costs and how the entire procedure would take place. Philly was very friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised that the storage container I rented from Haulaway was very clean and did not have even a whiff of any unpleasant odors inside. The entire experience has been rather pleasant and I would definitely use them again.
