Not sure where to start. Checked in at 3pm. And noticed my tv wasn't working. I called the front desk and they said they would come right up. After a hour of waiting I was hungry and went to the front desk to let them know it had not been fixed. They said they would call someone up to my room. I also booked a "free shuttle" as they say on the website. They said it was already booked for the time I requested and that they will call a cab at my cost. Good thing I only need to go 1.1 miles. Left to eat cane back around 6:30 tv still not fixed girl at the front desk was worthless yet again. She said she was sorry. That's it ??? What the heck?? Am I to stare at the weather channel for the next 4 hours? I said I was coming down to the front desk. She called someone and told me I needed to check the cables?? What???? I need to!!! Oh no it's my 3 attempt to get this fixed and now you want me to do it? I paid not on your pay toll. Finally she put me in another room supposedly upgraded I don't think this is up graded up all the room smaller the bathroom a smaller but whatever the TV works. And then she told me I needed to bring down the keys to my old room no honey once again I paid you can get off your booty and do some work and come up and get whatever happened to customer service?
