  • For the record i am employed full time as a fleet/heavy equipment mechanic....my wife took our truck in for service today she had an appointment at 10 a.m. for an oil change and tire rotation...she asked how long it would take when she arrived and was told 1.5hrs she was also informed that there was a recall that needed to be done the recall required the dealer to print off a page of information and insert it in the owners manual no parts nothing to fix just insert a page that had been left out after 1 hr my wife went back to check on the progress of the truck to her suprize it was still sitting in the service entrance where she left it after waiting 4 hrs being tired and hungry with our son she went to check again she was then told that if she wanted to skip the car wash that is normally included it would only be about 20 more minutes after over 4.5 hrs she was finally able to leave but right before doing so the service advisor she had the appointment with who was nowhere to be found when she arrived or during her time there finally came up and said hi to her and then had the audacity to hand her a survey and proceed to tell her that unless he received top marks on everything he would fail the review and it could have a negative impact on his job. This is the point where i can no longer be nice. My wife and son just waisted the better part of a day waiting for a truck that should have been done in under 1.5 hrs on a horribly busy day without an appointment yet she had one and it took over 4.5 hrs really? .... but then not only do you not offer to make the situation right in any way (no offer to bring it back for the wash no discount nothing) but then you have the stupidity to ask for a good review/survey?!@#*@%@$#^ This is not the only bad experiance their service dept has always been slow and taken longer than promised but this is by far the worst. If i had time i would do the work myself but between my job and my business i dont have the time also last time i checked the dealer was the only place in town to get the oil filter. I will be checking again now because we wont be going back to this dealer for anymore over-priced slow service(if we can even call it that).
