  • The online reservation was easy but you get charged an additional $5 pp for some lake fee that's annoying but it gets worse. I purchased tickets for 4 pp and when we arrived, there are no lockers to store your items but of course they offer one for $8! Why are they charging for a locker when I'm a paying guest? And then, after our water sport I asked for a bathroom for changing and they don't even offer a bathroom! They suggest to go to the grocery store bathroom neighboring them. I'm sure the grocery store loves a family of 4 trampoling through. The staff is friendly but I will never use them again for those reasons. I feel taken.
