  • *Reposting this review because apparently the Ultris Arrow Canyon Facebook page realized all their reviews had one star and are too ashamed to admit that they can't do a good job satisfying their customers so they had the whole review page taken down to avoid the harsh reality. But anyways...reposting it here: This place is horrible. Upstairs neighbors constantly make noise throughout the night. I reported it once to the leasing management. They said they would take care of it. From 24 SEP 2016 to 1 OCT 2016 I kept a log detailing how many times I couldn't sleep due to the ridiculous amount of noise, banging and music they play all day and night. I reported it a second time. Again, leasing said they'd take care of it. It's now past midnight on 2 OCT 2016 and the problems are still occuring. At this point, if leasing management fails to correct this a third time, I will call the police EVERY night this happens. What a joke. I talked to the neighbors personally about the noise problem in July and I refuse to repeat myself every time such an occurence should happen. They know they are being loud and they simply do not care. And there's more. The apartments are in an inconvenient location. The kitchens are along the walls so you do not get any sunlight until the sun sets. No windows except through the living room. This means you'll always be wasting electricity just to see in the kitchen. This is because the sun rises on the side where you have no windows and sets on the side where you do have windows. There is no fan in the kitchen for smoke. My smoke alarm goes off every time I use the oven. Not the stove. The oven. I've reported this to maintenance and they have not done a thing about it. The entire area smells like dog piss because there's no rule about picking up after your dog's mess. But if there is one, obviously no one cares. And there's more. When I moved in during the end of March, they gave me a gate code. Guess what? It didn't work. I was locked out of the complex that night. I reported this and they said "Oh we gave you the wrong code." They gave me another one. Guess what? That didn't work either. So for a second night I was locked outside again. I reported this once more and they gave me a card key. Are you serious? Why had they not given that to me first? Huh? There is no excuse for this. With all these problems, I haven't even gotten to the cockroach problem or the pool problems because those are far less important than the once I described. And I didn't even mention how rude the leasing agents are. They always carry out their mannerisms in a "whatever, I don't care" kind of way. Yes, the cockroach problem and the leasing manager's bad attitudes are LESS IMPORTANT THAN WHAT I'VE MENTIONED ABOVE. What are the good things I have to say? Hmm...there is no assigned parking...so...that's the only good thing I can mention and believe me that's tiny. I'll say one thing though. I'm definitely not renewing my lease for this place, that's for sure. In fact I'm only halfway through with my lease. Definitely gonna move out after it's up. This place is a joke. In fact, I can't evem decide yet if this place is worse than Eagle Trace. I'll definitely be updating this post from time to time. UPDATE: So I called the Non-Emergency Police and they did not do a damn thing. Well they did say emergency situations are top priority so they cannot send someone over at the time. This means I have to endure the noise no matter what I do. This is unacceptable. UPDATE: There was another courtesy officer number I could call so I did and he managed to temporarily silence my retarded, jobless neighbors upstairs and their damm dogs...for only two hours. 21 NOV 2016 UPDATE: As of today I do not change what I have to say above. My neighbors upstairs srill make a racket and at this point I'm ignoring that. What I cannot ignore however is my "chirping" fire alarm. I called once about it and the leasing agent said she'd take care of it. It was NOT taken care of. I called a second time and she said she'd take care of it again in an aspirated tone. Is it fixed yet? Surprise! NO! The obnoxious chirping is still keeping me up at night and unable to go back to sleep if I wake up. There's also one outside that's also chirping. Apparently I'm the only one bothered by it since no one else bothered to complain. In case you've stayed with me this whole time...I urge you in all hopelessness NOT to move in here.
