I will probably always be a loyal Earnhardt Honda customer...
I only have my vehicle serviced here because I am treated well: friendly folks and honesty...and they value my time as much as I do.
I've come with appointements and without and I am still in-and-out of the service area quickly. I appreciate the small things also: they remember my name once I check in; my service reps (Leonard and Jessie) remember me and we have real conversations; and the waiting area is spacious, has popcorn, fruits, drinks and donuts. Bathrooms are clean and chairs are comfortable. Wifi is nice also.
Doesn't hurt that their service page always has a coupon I can use and they will also accept competitors' stuff also (Some conditions apply, I'm sure, but you get the point.)
On my last visit, Women's Wednesday or Ladies' Day, I got discounted service and a rose...now when was the last time you had work on your service and when you were finished the Service Director handed you a rose? (Love you too, John!!)
Just a good experience for me, each and every time...
