  • I'm pretty disappointed in West Palm Beach tan but have no other option since they won't let you cancel your membership! I had to freeze my membership because I had to move to Chicago to help out a sick relative and they gave me grief about canceling my membership and I still had to pay 5 dollars per month! I recently relocated to Scottsdale where there is a Palm Beach Tan and when I went to check in, there was a snotty girl at the front desk who said there was a long wait and I would have to call the original place I joined at in LA to rectify this problem. About 45 minutes later the problem was not solved in till days later and I had to pay 50 dollars for one single spray tan. This is normally what I would pay per month. If this location wasn't so convenient to my house I would have sucked it up and just paid their frozen fee so that I can join another tanning salon. I really hope they get some better customer service. The only positive was the manager. He was very nice and I could tell he felt bad. The girl at the front desk was so incredibly rude and I'm going to try and come in when she's NOT working.
