  • McDonalds Quality printing. I usually don't use Copy Max because they are premium priced, but something came up and I needed some posters printed quickly. They were done in a day, as promised, and I got a text. I went right away to pick them up and the posters have finger prints and scuff marks all over them. The kid behind the counter said "that just happens with dark colors." How about wearing gloves or washing your hands? Never again. I would have asked for my money back, But need these and don't have time to wait for remakes or to go somewhere else. Professional service just cannot be done by minimum wage employees in a big box store.
