  • Checklist Inspections is great to work with and they are always quick to respond. Joyce and Kathy in the office are very friendly and reliable. I had to cancel an inspection so I sent an email on Sunday expecting a response on Monday, but got a response Sunday confirming the cancellation. Richard did our most recent inspection and he was very thorough and explained everything clearly in the recap to our buyers, which was very informative. They are all extremely professional and we look forward to working with them again in the future. Thanks!
