Went to Bricktop's for our Anniversary. We were looking for a nice meal and a long conversation. When we arrived, we were concerned with the noise because of a significant number of families, but when we were seated, we had a nice table in the back of the restaurant.
The only negative of the restaurant was parking.
Everything else was incredibly positive.
Nice pace from the server. Never rushed. Never wondering where he was.
Had the Beet/Goat Cheese Salad - split it (no additional charge). It was very nice and light.
My wife had the filet and creamed spinach.
I had the NY Strip and Fettuccine Alfredo.
Then, we split a baked potato...
Wow...we were so excited about the food. My wife said it was the best steak she had eaten in some time.
We ended our meal with the bread pudding. I've had bread pudding all over the world. This was among the best. The sauce and the creme anglaise were perfect. What an ending to a great evening.
It's noisy, but just enough so that you don't think people can hear your conversation.
It's casual enough to feel comfortable, but nice enough for our anniversary.
We will return.
