  • I went in this weekend with my mom. Irene was our consultant, and she was the best. Truly an exceptional customer service experience. She was patient (it was my first time trying on dresses), kind, and helpful. She listened to what I liked and found gorgeous, flattering dresses for me. She really listened to what I wanted and picked out dresses that were spot-on. I'm giving four stars because I really, really wanted a tea length dress that was on the website, but they didn't have it in stock. (This was also the case for one of my other top-choice dresses.) Irene did find me a cute high-low dress that gave a similar feel. In the end, though, I felt like I needed to at least try on a tea length dress before buying something else. Also, I had an experience that was nearly identical to one of the other Yelp reviewers. I went to Alfred Angelo, then to David's Bridal. David's Bridal had a tea length dress I loved, but the customer service experience was terrible, so I just couldn't go through with the purchase. I may well be back to Alfred Angelo--stay tuned!!!
