  • This review is based on more than one experience at Frank's. Several years ago, someone keyed my truck along with other vehicles in a parking lot. I called my insurance and took my truck to Frank's. I got my truck back and was worried that they were only going to do part of the paint and that it would not match. When I got my truck back, you couldn't even tell that something had happened. Paint matched perfectly. Recently, I had a garage door that was not working properly due to a company setting the tension wrong on the springs. Twice, I had hit the door within 6 months due to this. The first time, I put it through my insurance company and paid the deductible. I got a rental car and was told they would fix the damage and order a new tonneau cover. I didn't realize that the cover was actually going to be painted somewhere else. Tom, the service writer, gave me a date that it would be ready. Unfortunately, there was a delay on the cover. I told Tom I wasn't happy with the delay and paying extra days for the rental car that my insurance company wouldn't cover. Tom told me they would pay for the extra few days. After I got my truck back, I called Tom to tell him that I wasn't happy with the quality of paint on the cover. He told me Frank's would take the cover off and repaint it for me. Due to alot going on, I wasn't able to get my truck back in to the shop until recently. That is when the second incident with the garage door took place. The garage door hit the cab of the truck so I called Tom to tell him about it. I asked if there was any way I could pay a couple of hundred dollars in lieu of painting the cover since I was selling the truck anyway. I was in a time squeeze on selling my truck and definitely didn't want to have to put it on my insurance. Tom told me it would take about 3 days and to drop it off. He offered to have someone come pick me up, which they did. They came to pick me up after the truck was done. Even better, he didn't charge me ANYTHING to do the job. I called him after this was done and told him there was a spot that didn't get taken care of and that my cover wasn't closing correctly. Tom told me to bring it back and they would take care of it. I showed up later than I expected and they were getting ready to close. Tom again came through and had the spot buffed out and the cover adjusted even though they had to stay late to do it. Robert, one of the painters agreed to take care of it even though he was getting ready to leave. There are not many places anywhere, let alone Vegas, where you will get this kind of service. Their receptionist, Vivien, is really good along with their other staff. Tom will definitely do whatever he can to make you happy. I do have to say this starts at the top. I have never met Frank so don't know him personally, but I can tell you that places don't operate this way unless someone at the top cares how things turn out!
