  • I went in there today to ask about cleaning boots, this guy was rude and not willing to understand what I was trying to talk about. Then he literally cut me off midsentence and started talking to a lady with a newborn baby.... as I sit there like a fool waiting for an explanation to his answer of simply no! After he finishes conversation with the new mother.... he then proceeds to explain about my suede boots and how there's nothing he can do for me. Other people in the mall told me this guy was a real piece of work (he's known for that apparently) and this was as I was simply asking directions to the shoe repair guy... and when you see him at first glance he looks like a cool enough guy.... start talking to him you can quickly see that he's rude, and he is ignorant and he has no customer service skills at all. Horrible service!
