  • Lack of communication which led to problems. I have found the service to be less than acceptable and have made those shortcomings known to Bob. Included in my complaints: adding a $450 chlorine feeder that I agreed to to make his life easier (price was never mentioned); the degradation of equipment (filter, skimmer basket) without notification that these were falling apart; the cessation of adding salt to my pool so that the control panel read a breakdown which led me to needlessly purchase an $800 replacement unit; the moving of a hose which I used to automatically fill my pool, to the effect that over vacation, hours worth of water went on the deck and not into the pool; the suspicion that Bob stepped on my plumbing which led to my pool system leaking which led to a $700 fix. Also, leaving cigarette butts on my driveway. I am not happy.
