  • They lied on my state inspection stating that all 4 tires must be replaced based off the tread wear. My husband has a calibrated tread gage and checked: none of them were below the state requirement. Actually 2 of them weren't even close. When we pointed it out, they passed my car and didn't even apologize for trying to rip us off.
