DO NOT use there car Stereo installment center! After spending a lot of money here for car stereo equipment had some of the original speakers start to go out so took car in for service. When we got to the store the gentlemen kept demanding a receipt for services, I have to assume an electronics company has a way to look you up in the system but this guy made no attempt to do so. When we went back to check on the car he grumbled speakers blown, didn't say which ones or give any more info, guess he didn't think through maybe we would like to buy new speakers just made us sign a form to leave. After talking to the manager Jendie who basically said sorry but what do you want me to do only thing we can do is schedule another month out. So come to find out the manager also doesn't have any interest in making a sale. The only course of action we were offered was scheduling another month out. What a joke and terrible experience, would be nice if employees had a sense of pride in the company they worked for. This is why people are flocking to online and other stores. #bestbuy you were a fail today and the best part is nobody there cared.
