| - Typically, I try not to let poor customer service ruin delicious food for me, but I'm pretty bummed and probably won't be going back anytime soon. In a nutshell, you're not important unless you're a friend. Seems to be a common complaint, which is sad because this is a new restaurant, and as good as the food may be, a crucial key to longevity is customer service. The front of the house is always packed, but no one is ever around to keep everything in order and attend to the customers in an orderly fashion. You're basically left standing there, clueless, until you're able to flag someone down. If I'm going to a restaurant, I expect to be acknowledged, no matter how busy the joint is. Not down.
