  • This Target is the best Target, purely because it seems that no one lives in Fountain Hills, and therefore no one ever shops at this location. The first time I walked in here, I left with 5 (!) pairs of clearance sandals. Since then, I've found discounted beauty supplies, housewares, workout clothes, you name it. I also enjoy the lack of hectic chaos that comes with my Bay Area, CA Target visits. Out here in the middle of nowhere, a girl can push her cart in peace. Excellent place for late-night shopping binges, or if you just need a quick frozen dinner.
