  • OMG, I just moved to the area, set up my account and representative told me I can go log into my account the next day to set up auto pay. I attempt to login the next day and the site does not recognize my account. I call, wait on hold for 30 MINUTES. The reresatative Steve says that I cant log in in until next week, why would it take a week for the system to recognize your account, he was also RUDE and condescending during the whole conversation. Great customer service DLC.
