The good news is that the food is excellent, and far superior to its neighbour the Joy Bistro. The bad news is that Lady Marmalade will only become a 4 star restaurant when it realizes that they're popular enough to require a busboy or faster waitstaff. The menu tells customers to be patient, and I get that for food that's made fresh, but when you've been waiting in line for 30 minutes, and you see slow and disorganized waiters who don't know how to clear empty tables quickly, it can be mind boggling.
