  • This place has the BEST Staff! Lauren at the front desk catered to our every need. She really made our trip (and my husband's birthday) super special. The valet guys were so enjoyable and gave my kids attention when we walked by (asked about their day or what they had for lunch) and my kids loved it! Alax B was super helpful and caring. The only reason why I'm not giving it 5 stars is because there was zero for the kids to do. Since it's a business Ritz, I can't be too hard on them :)
