Let me first start off by saying i never write reviews (good or bad) and rarely complain but this made me livid. I recently moved from out of state and did a lot of research to find a doctor i loved as much as my last one. I tried booking Dr. Reuss twice and both times were a month or longer bc he was so busy. I winded up canceling the first time bc my period was late and came on the day of my apt I know tmi lol . My second time canceling I had a close death in the family that i had to travel out of state for (all family is out of state only my husband and i live here) and stay for a couple weeks. When i tried booking the third time i was put on hold and a manager came on the phone to let me know they no longer take my ins and that i cancelled previously. I told her i could pay out of pocket and she let me know that wasn't an option and also brought up my previous cancellations, i finally asked what if I switch my ins to one they do accept she told me they still couldn't make me an apt and for the THIRD time she mentioned my cancellations. I finally asked is this bc of my ins or bc of my cancellations, frustrated at that point and she let me know in not so many words that it was the cancellations. I let her know about the death in the family and she couldn't have cared less. I have never had the experience at any office, salon, establishment etc that i had during that phone call. I would have gladly appreciated a warning or a late fee thats a general policy for most places for a cancellation but i received nothing just a rude manager basically telling me go elsewhere. I was going through a lot that day with everything that happend and dealing with that rude insensitive manager made me never want to call or recommend anyone ever.
