| - The sales team is great! I worked with Jim, Andre, Dave, and Robert to secure my Z. They were really nice and not pushy at all. They were willing to match the price I got from USAA and had the car I wanted on the same day I signed for it (they had to bring it from another dealership across the valley). The previous location was stored in GPS, so I was able to verify where it came from.
The service people are nice, but the people who actually do the work are starting to piss me off. I've taken the car in twice now for tint repair (it was peeling the day I bought the car), and they still haven't put it on correctly (it is peeling again and I just got it back today). Furthermore, from all of the tint replacement, the seals on the window are damaged.
Plus, for some weird reason, whenever I get the car back, the bass is turned to max, the treble to min and the volume turned all the way down. I asked them not to mess with the stereo, but obviously someone is a comedian. Furthermore, since I have taken it in, I am noticing speaker buzz from the speakers.
I'm going to take the car back and supervise the entire process. Obviously tint is pretty difficult and people don't realize that ruining other peoples' stuff is wrong.
It would be 5 stars, but it isn't, thanks to the service employees (not necessarily the managers or the people you talk to at the counter).
