Not worth the money. Poor maintenance of the facility and found some (but not all) staff members were very rude. Advertises pet friendly, but isn't that friendly or convenient for dog owners. Honestly the worst Holiday Inn I've ever stayed at.
Checked into my suite and found that not all the lighting worked. Also the soap dish had been snapped off in the shower and not been repaired or replaced. The carpet trim was coming undone and some of the shelves, desks and drawers had laminate that was peeling. I expected more out of a hotel charging well over 100 dollars a night.
They only cleaned my room the first day. Subsequent days they refused to do so because I had a 20lb dog, who was crated and secured in a locked kennel.
When I very politely asked for towels to my room because housekeeping didn't replace them they sent two rude jerks. First they chastised me for not having a "pet inside" hanger on the door. When I told them I paid the pet fee but was never given a sign they were in disbelief and lectured me about how pit bulls had snapped at them and it was just so dangerous.
After getting my towels I attempted to close the door and they actually stuck their foot in to prevent me from doing so. They wanted to further lecture me about some inane company policy.
Not the type of service I expected and definitely not worth the price.
