  • If I could give this place negative stars I would... Our Washing machine had stopped working I called my home warranty company and filed a claim and they sent out United Appliance Services LLC who guy came out looked at it told me that like 3 items were broken said had to order parts and would receive in about 3 days, and left... Then just a few minutes ago I received a call from the Home Warranty Company who is denying the claim stating the repair company indicated the items failed due to over loading.... Yes if you are not able to load more then 2 child size t-shirts then I guess would be over loading... But nope this thing has never ever been overloaded. So I will be cancelling my home warranty and will be calling my bank and issuing a chargeback on the $75 deductible I paid to this horrible company to come out and do nothing.
