  • I rarely give five stars to organizations because there is always something notable that can be approved. With Risas, there are some minor hiccups I've run into, but the overall experience has been stellar. I'm going to break down my ratings. DENTAL CARE I have had two orthodontists. (I had one at one location and when I transferred, a different one.) In both locations, they were great. First, they are honest about where you are in dental health. Second, they're knowledgeable and can answer any question you throw at them. I feel like I'm in great hands every time I'm there. CUSTOMER SERVICE Simply great, every time. Medical providers aren't known for placing a value on customer service, but that's clearly not the case with Risa's. They're nice, always have a smile on their face when you come in, and chat with you about your life in general. You don't feel like you're only there for dental services; you feel like you're there to meet with friends, too. Kudos to the orthodontists for being really friendly and funny, too! I think it's important to note that I came from getting treatment at Western Dental Services, which is known for abominable customer service. (Check out their reviews on here.) This was like night and day. I'm happy I made the switch and plan to never look back.
