  • I am happy with my system. There were a few bumps in the road installing the cameras outside but that had more to do with my router being in a bad area of my house so the signal was having trouble reaching. Unfortunately it took a few visits from the technician and a wee bit more trial and error than I would have liked but that said, they were always very professional, Alvin the installer always called when he was on his way, they were very quick setting a new appointment (I didn't have to wait weeks in between) and never tried to give bogus reasons for why it didn't work. They said they would get it fixed and they did.
