This is probably the worst insurance company I've ever gone though. Every time you have question or concerns they keep you on hold for a very long time or respond to you saying they will call back and never call back. They raise your insurance and claim that they raised it on all cars that are a specific model. When I finally decided to cancel they told me that if I cancelled before a specific date I wouldn't be charged for one of my cars and they would prorate the bill and refund me the rest. When I called them week later letting them know I haven't received anything they told me they would call me back letting me know what was going on and never did . My husband and I called several time and every time they gave us the same response that we should be getting a check of $300+ in the mail in the following week. The check I received was $15 and when I called to speak with the manager she rudely just told me that's that was the amount . When I asked for the break down or a number to contact billing she responded that they were closed. I told her I would call the next business day and she responded with that billing was only internal. I don't understand how several workers repeatedly told me I would receive a certain amount and then the manager just comes out with some bullshit like that.
