  • I had the pleasure of working with Ken Lau and we had an initial bond and he was originally from the Bay Area in Northern California so the commonality was great. From our initial meeting he was very courteous and made great conversation. Furthermore he was extremely professional, patient and knowledgeable throughout the entire process which made it very smooth and reassuring for someone like me who was a novice home buyer so I greatly appreciate everything that he did for me to make this purchase happen. I must have had him show me almost 10 different homes and he always made himself available to accommodate my hectic work schedule which was paramount and he never made it feel as though I was wasting his time and trust me I am VERY picky and a tough negotiator so his patience kept me on track and made for a great deal to happen. It was truly a pleasure working with him and I look forward to doing it again very soon on the listing of my current house. I would absolutely feel comfortable recommending Ken Lau to others who are looking to find a new home.
