  • I paid and enrolled my son for a week. When my husband took my son for his first day of school, he didn't like the smell of the facility and left. I called the school asking for a refund since my husband didn't like the facility and the smell. He said the place smells like urine. I called the school asking for a refund of what I paid minus $100 enrollment fee. They told me that they cannot refund anything back since all services paid are non-refundable. A few days I got a call from the school saying they will refund $290 which was never done. I tried disputing the charges with my credit card and they said the school refused the refund. I've tried to call the school back a few times but have not been successful in speaking with the director. I don't think there is a director there or they do not know how to return calls. I live in NV trails and thought it was convenience since it was outside the gate. The service are horrible.
