  • Went here today to get a driver's license renewal. After standing in line, the lady at the counter told that they can't process renewals (no reason given). I said why? They responded by giving a letter saying their system is down. I then asked when will it be up. After a long pause of scribbling something on paper and asking her Co worker she says come tomorrow. They also respond that the service is down across Arizona I call customer service and they say that the system was not down and it was only down briefly in the morning. I decide to go to Glendale mvd instead and they took me in right away without issues. I am not sure if it's the fault of the Phoenix mvd or rather those ladies at the counter. But this mvd used to be real good earlier. Saw a lot of frustrated customers today who returned saying with a system down message saying in despair "not what I was told".
