I had the worst experience at this place! I've been going to this location for about a year now. I've had the same girl do my hair each time. Since they are often busy I called ahead when they opened to see if I could get in for a simple root touch up and trim. My regular stylist said she could take me at 11:00am.
I took half day off work and arrived there promptly at 11:00. Then.... I waited for over an hour. I finally had to leave because she would not have finished in time before I needed to pick up my children. She said come back tomorrow, I'm here all day, I'll give you a discount. I felt really bummed about it because I wasted a half day of work.
Next day (Saturday) I got a sitter and arrived at the salon ( 15 miles from my house) as soon as they opened.
I saw my stylist and she ignored me!! She finally walked aver half heartedly and said " what are you doing here?" Embarrassed because the shop was full of people I restated what she said about coming in the next day etc. She went on to say that I did not have an appointment, she's booked all day and sorry but I can't take you! None of those words are rude but her attitude was rotten to the core! She was loud and made me feel terrible. Everyone was staring at me and she just stared me down like I'd done something wrong.
After she booked my appointment, made me wait over an hour then couldn't take
Me I just don't get it! I'm normally not a crier but I was in tears when I left.
If her goal when she woke up was to make someone ( or just me) feel horrible and ruin their day then she succeeded!!
As a busy, working mom getting my hair done is a luxury only achieved every few months. She inconvenienced me twice and cost me money!! I went home with my hair not done and had to pay my sitter $30 for being there for nothing.
"M" you were rude and heartless and you should be ashamed treating people like that.
