Don't expect any personal service from this organization. If there were a zero here, this would be their score. We had two cats that were pregnant from a person that could not take care of them. A very responsible person that formerly volunteered for them told us about "Lost Our Home". After many phone calls from us and jumping through all hoops and one email from them they said that they couldn't find a "foster". On our own we found a very respected foster that volunteered for another humane society and an application was sent. We offered to pay all expenses and give a donation. Again, the former volunteer called them and was told by the director that "they were working on it". Four weeks later...still no call. The foster also never received a call from them and has taken the mother and now kittens and has provided a very safe and clean environment for them and have several people who want to adopt them. We are paying for all expenses and they are going to a good home. They will be neutered, have all lab tests and have all immunizations. My understanding is that 1.5 million dollars was given to them as a grant. No wonder people are desperate and leave them in the wild or are so frustrated they don't know what to do. In my husband's and my professions we would never make it with this poor customer service and outright negligence. Shame on them!
