  • I walked in less than an hour before closing and received the best customer service experience I've ever had. I went in with a not so typical case for a glass repair shop-- a drivers side mirror that had been snapped off in an accident-- and the Manager went as far as hand cut a piece of mirror and figure out how to reattach the plastic part for me. Just totally above and beyond what I could have hoped for. If you live anywhere in Pgh and need help with auto glass, go here. The world could use more people like Phil.
