Been to a few different hospitals in the valley and let's just say trial and error. Luckily with minor things, sort of. Luckily I've finally found a hospital that I am more hopeful of! Only had one visit here but already felt more confident in my puppies care here versus other hospitals. They were friendly, fast, and efficient. It's certainly a bigger facility then usual and it's really dedicated to the animals! My only downfall of coming here and what's keeping me from fully committing is the unfortunate lack of the wonderful app I have been introduced to by my other hospital. Pet desk. It's absolutely wonderful! All of my dogs shot records are accessible and it keeps me up to date on what's due, it shows any and all prescriptions they have been on and allows me to request a refill if needed, they send me notifications on my dogs due dates of things or any promotions they are doing at the hospital. It makes it easy to request appointments or call the hospital as well. My big thing is being able to see my dogs records and what is about to expire and what they already have gotten done. Knowing the list of medications they have taken is nice as well. I hope that they can at least look into this convenient app and make it available to their costumers that enjoy that accessibility of it! PLEASE HCA LOOK INTO PET DESK SO I CAN TRANSFER OVER! definitely 5 stars worthy if only you offered the app
