  • Do yourself a favor and stay away from this crap hole. If I could give it ZERO stars I would. I was referred to Esther by a friend. I went in for a consultation and showed her how I wanted my hair done (ombre/ balayage) A week later I went in and Esther did highlights and lowlights throughout my entire hair. She kept telling me she would fix it and it would look perfect. I ended going back 3 times and Esther charged me for her "fixing it". She kept telling me her boss stated I had to pay for the product used. After those 3 visits my hair never looked like what I asked for. When I contacted the salon to speak to a manager, my calls were never returned. I soon contacted corporate and got in touch with the manager Lily. Months have passed before I had luck getting in touch with her. She asked me to come in and she would fix it. I expressed I was not comfortable returning and asked for a refund and let her know I found someone who would fix the damage. Then she soon told me there was nothing she could do and dismissed me since too much time had passed. I reminded her it was due to her not returning calls. Lily stated she did not know I called. When I asked her again about a refund she denied and her excuse was that she was not going to take money away from her employee for the hard work she did. What a joke! During my consultation with my now stylist a chunk of my hair broke off. How pathetic and unprofessional is that? You're better off trying to do your hair yourself. This salon is a joke!
