I was very impressed the first time I tried this buffet despite the long wait on a Saturday night. I loved the Oysters, juice bar, and variety.
However on my second time here, I had lunch on a Friday afternoon, I was mildly disappointed. Dinner is much better than lunch. Lunch was still over an hour's wait at noon. Instead of waiting, I opted to pay $25 extra per person for their express line, which isn't really an express line. It depends on how big your party is and availability at the time. If the food were good, I wouldn't care about the slight wait or price over charge. But it wasn't nearly as good.
The salmon sushi wasn't super fresh. I know you aren't suppose to expect that but when you get better ones at a buffet that is half the price, you would be a little unhappy.
There are no Oysters or crab legs for lunch. The stone crabs were ok according to my husband. The desserts were ok. The fruits were not sweet.
The only thing I really enjoyed were the red potato salad, Tri-Tip, and prime rib.
