  • Well I have to say that this store doesn't impress me a bit. It's not the store. It's actually the new manager, Sarah. I had to return stuff ( w/ receipts) and she made me feel like I wasn't allowed too. Questioning me why? Many different ways n times. Even though if you look at the bottom of the receipt.. It says that BBW guarantees 100%, as well as the fact that I would have gone to the Arrowhead Mall store, but they were closed due to their location moving. The manager at that location told me to come in and she would assist me but I forgot they were closed. So I ended up having to go to the Lake Pleasant location. Nina, the associate who was doing my returns was nice and courteous. I won't be shopping at this location again due to the rudeness of the manager. She apparently came from the deer valley location.
