  • Wow. Where to begin? Let's start off with the fact that one of two trucks went missing for 5 hours in an inner-city move. It turned up at 10pm at night but was missing a box of our garage refrigerator items (beer, water, soda, etc...) the base of a 72" TV, and the corner section of an office desk making it non-functional. When we reached out to the owner, he was completely unapologetic and rude. Reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau but highly likely they are not a member. If you value your time and your possessions, do NOT waste your time with this company. One silver lining? The lead person on the team was very polite and tried his best to overcome the owners compete lack of professionalism. He needs to work for a different company.
