  • Hands down the best restaurant in Phoenix. We went for my birthday dinner. Even though we had a reservation we were limited in table choice as others had already reserved all of the window tables (tables 31-34). While our waiter was clearly knowledge he was in a seriously bad mood which was a kill joy for the birthday celebration. The popovers are INCREDIBLE!!!! Even my mom who skips carbs ate one and loved it. The salads were delicious and generous. I've never seen so many beets in a beet salad. And my steak - best I've EVER had. It was so incredible tender and flavorful. And the tequila bramble - the perfect compliment to an AZ steak dinner. I was surprised with a free dessert as it was my birthday :-) The cheesecake was so light. It melted in my mouth. The carrot cake was incredible!!! Sadly I was a bit disappointed by the apple pie.
