  • I've been having a lot of trouble with my Mazda Protege and been having to come back for different reasons each time. Each time I come in, they greet me by name and whoever worked on the car last time remembers what they did without having to reference anything. I don't know a lot about cars but I've never felt talked down to when they explain something that's going on. More importantly, they know what they're doing and they're honest about their work. At other shops I've been to, I would usually get charged $100 dollars even if all they did was connect a loose hose but the mechanics here always let me know what's going on and if it's something simple, they'll show me what it is so I know how to look for it in the future.
