The management at Destinations at Spring Valley has deteriorated since the sale. Their accounting and communication is extremely poor. Phone calls go unreturned; monies are not recorded; Sundays are not respected as they do their notices and whatever on Sundays. I could go on but I would not recommend this location to anyone.
The other major problem with this location is that they permit the garages to be used as industrial machining areas with obnoxiously loud sounds such as grinding machines, drilling machines, etc. I always thought garages were for vehicles and storage, but this is the first place I have ever lived where the complex condones garages being used for a machine shop. I personally cannot conduct phone business or talk with family due to the loudness of the noise. Stay away as this place is very poorly managed to the detriment of the residents.
I travel in business two 2 to 3 weeks at a time. Upon my return on June 8 luckily I was informed that if I had not moved my car by June 8 it would be towed. However the notice did not come out until June 7. This complex is so disorganized and so dysfunctional that they cannot alert the residents in decent amount of advance of upcoming situations in advance such as resurfacing the parking. Instead, they threaten the residents with their cars being towed on ONE DAY NOTICE. This place is to be avoided. Horrible management - completely disorganized and incompetent.
Don't you love the idiots that get excited over basic maintenance items like painting and getting the driveways resealed that come at an insignificant expense and then rents and water get increases beyond this expense and normal cost of living expense.
