They called me in Nov 2015 asking me to take the paper at a discount. I agreed and after 4 weeks I called because I had not received the paper yet. They assured it would start but it never did. I called again a few weeks later and asked for a refund and they basically begged me not to cancel and to give them one more chance. Very unprofessional and I refused several times and finally demanded a supervisor so I wouldn't have to keep repeating "no, please cancel and give me a refund". They would NOT transfer me to a supervisor and promised to have one call back. Of course one never did. I received refund mid January and of course, it is for less than half the amount they charged me in Nov (remember, I never received even ONE paper delivered). So I call again to a land far away where they can't understand what I'm saying and they say they will turn it over to some dept and in 5-7 days they will get back to me. I will NEVER sign up again...their customer service is outsourced and crappy and it is not worth the headache.
