I called Anna Skin Care multiple times to try to schedule an appointment. No one ever picks up the phone, so I emailed them. They often take over 24 hours to respond to email, and when they do, they are a bit rude. I understand that they are a busy salon, but it is as if the person answering the emails does not want to help the customer to schedule an appointment. For example, if you give them a few preference days and times for appointments, they will just tell you that they "don't have those dates available" and they don't make an effort to help you find another time or date that would work. It took multiple emails before I could get them to send me a date and time. They told me that they have availability in mid March, yet gave me a March 28 date. I asked the woman multiple times if a facial includes eyebrows, and despite asking that question three times in three separate emails, I never got a response. She seemed almost irritated to have to schedule an appointment for me.
I ended up finding another nearby salon in Pittsburgh where they actually pick up their phone and are very kind and helpful in assisting their customers to set up appointments. I will be sticking to this new salon from now on.
