  • Do you like people who are rude on the telephone? Do you like people who promise to have things fixed by a certain time, and then yell at you when you ask what's taking so long, then hang up on you? Do you like people who don't spend the time to find out what's wrong with an appliance before they leave? Do you like people who don't communicate with each other, then play the blame game when the customer isn't satisfied? If so, then this is the place for you! Seriously, I wish my landlord had looked at the reviews before he had this company come out. They are just the worst! The only person who seemed like he cared at all was the repair guy, and he was going to have the owner call me...I'm still waiting.... Do yourself a favor - call another company. UPDATE: They finally sent an estimate (4 business days later...) and they want over $500.00 to fix the dishwasher! I looked online, and all the parts (total) come to under $150.00. Usually when I get scr3w3d like that, I like for someone to buy me dinner first!
