  • I am astonished how Fulton Homes has treated my girlfriend after her husband passed away suddenly. She could really use her deposits back as it will help her and her children move forward. Fulton Homes will recoup their loss when they sell the home since it was still in the very early stages of construction. Here is her story! My husband and I recently had started the process for having a new Fulton Home built in Queen Creek. We had made the 1st 3 deposits and were excited to have our home start being built. Unfortunately, my husband ended up passing suddenly on September 26th. I have been told that I am not able to get any of our deposits back. I am astonished at this. Fulton Home prides themselves on family values, their charities and foundation. A Proud builder of homes for Families. How could they expect me to continue to build a home for what was to be for My Family, my whole family, a place where my husband and I would eventually retire to? Fulton will be able to sell this lot/home to another family. I no longer have a complete family to build a home with. How dare they pride themselves on Family and not even blink an eye during the most difficult time of my life due to losing my husband, my kids father when all I asked was to refund a small amount of money that could seriously help me out at this time.
