I purchased a used Toyota Camry from T&C and had a catastrophic engine failure less than 90 days after purchase. No warranty was implied and I knew that, but my mechanic told me the engine had no oil in it. The reason I buy from dealers is that minimum expectation that the car is inspected, detailed, fluids checked, decent tires, etc. To hear that it had no oil less than 90 days and less than 500 miles after purchase led me to believe the dealer had maintained the car, but failed or forgot to put oil in it. (it had no leaks) . I contacted the GM and they agreed to look at it and make it right. They did, and told me the engine blew and that's how it lost the oil, not a failure on their part. But despite that, they ordered and installed a new (used) engine and got me back on the road. I couldn't be happier, and they kept a faithful customer (this was my second purchase from them). I'll be coming back to T&C again! They made it right!
