This is a chain in the west coast that serves fresh-made soba and udon, Although it's a chain, it's very authentic quality food. Nowadays, it's very difficult to find authentic japanese food and this place is a gem! The noodle itself it a bit thinner than the standard udon. The noodles here is bit bland compared to the usual udon (package) I came here for lunch and it was goood. The lunch set ranges from $12 to $15. I had the shrimp tempura udon which came with salmon sashimi and roe over the rice. It was such a hearty meal.
