  • After living in Vegas since 2001 shoe lab has been the referral source although I've never had the pleasure of coming here until recently I had a pair of my (Christian Louboutin) stretched and also the red bottom rubber put on them although the red bottom is great , the stretching is been done three times and still with no results however I came in to talk to the representative to ask for a refund since it's not holding a stretch he then advised me he had to talk to the owner and the Owner declined . To me it's principal it's not about the money you would rather lose a customer over a $20 stretching fee . Rather than simply say we appreciate your business and sorry it did not stretch out your shoe!
