  • Now, don't get me wrong. I'm a fan of what they do, but so far, my house and property is not bug free. They told me it would take a while because the house was just rented and was vacant. Well, I had them come out numerous times. The tech is always very friendly and very professional, but the problem isn't getting fixed. I woke up this morning and found ants all over my driveway and up and down the trees on my property. This is the day after the rain, but I have ants POURING out of my back yard AND my front yard. I am not happy. They told me last month they couldn't put anymore product in my yard. Even before today, I still kept having issues with black bugs with orange spots, as well as rolly pollies. I thought that the amount of bug spray they used would kill everything, not just select bugs. It wasn't that expensive, $30 every month but you pay every two months. The first service is free, but only if you keep their service for a year. I like them, but I just wish their service was better.
